How to use

SLUMBER EPSOM BATH SALTS
Sprinkle a generous amount of epsom salts into a warm bath and float away as you inhale the relaxing fragrance.

CALCIUM & MAGNESIUM FOOD SUPPLEMENT TABLETS
Take 2 tablets a day orally with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the daily dose.

SLUMBER OVERNIGHT FACIAL BALM
Apply a small pea sized amount to your fingertips then massage over face & neck with light circular movements and allow to hydrate your skin overnight while you sleep.

SLUMBER MOOD MIST
Spritz lightly around you in the air and allow the mist to settle, then enjoy the relaxing aroma.
