Please note for hygiene reasons we do NOT offer refunds on beauty products.  

Please also note that if you have purchased your products via Boots, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty or damaged item. Please contact us via the Contact Us form within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund or exchange. If you request a refund or exchange, it will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving the faulty item.
