We hope you are delighted with your Champneys order. If for any reason your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please provide proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. This can take up to 10 working days to process.
We also allow up to 14 days from date of purchase for you to notify us of any issues with your online order. Please ensure you email us with the relevant order number.
Beauty and cosmetic products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described) due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
