DELIVERY
We deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom via courier. We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours via courier service, tracked and signed for (during these difficult times, parcels can be left in a safe place at the customers own risk). Deliveries to Highlands and Islands may be longer.
All orders are charged a standard delivery charge - for England (including Wales) £5 per order and for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands £20 per order. This will be applied to your basket at checkout.
Please note that orders placed on a weekday after 12pm will be processed the following day. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following weekday.
Due to changes with custom regulations following the UK's decision to leave the EU, we are currently unable to offer delivery outside of the UK. We are working hard to resolve this, and apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
FAIR USE POLICY
A maximum of 20 units per order will be accepted.
Please note there is a minimum spend required of £20 per order.
PROMOTIONS
Available online only (not in-store). One order per customer, subject to availability, no additional discounts apply.
3 FOR 2
The 3 for 2 is on selected Champneys full priced products, for a limited time only and applies to the cheapest item.
Three qualifying items need to be selected in order to receive one free, excludes any sale items.
The value of the lowest priced product out of three mixed items selected will be the value of the discount applied.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Champneys reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its discretion. Promotional offer valid for a limited time only.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes are only applicable on full priced products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offer applies to online orders only placed at www.champneys.com/shop whilst stocks last during the offer period only.
Champneys reserves the right to remove this offer at any time.
PRICING
The price of a product shall be as stated on this website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you.
In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price to you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel a refund will be made to your card immediately.
Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax.
GIFTS
Gift receipts aren’t available for all online orders, but prices are not included on the delivery note. All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Please note we do not offer a gift message service at this time.
GIFTS VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can not be used within the online shop. Please use your voucher in any Champneys resort or City Spa to purchase products or treatments.
ONLINE ORDER POLICY
We allow up to 14 days from date of purchase for you to notify us of any issues with your online order. Please ensure you email us with the relevant order number.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your Champneys order. If for any reason your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please provide proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. This can take up to 10 working days to process.
Beauty and cosmetic products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described) due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via Boots, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
